Man Receives Overwhelming Support After Losing An Incredible 336lbs

In an awe-inspiring transformation, South Carolina resident Cole Prochaska has captured the attention of thousands by sharing his incredible weight loss journey.

Over the past two years, he has shed an astonishing 336 pounds, a feat that required an immense amount of dedication, discipline, and perseverance.

At his heaviest, Cole weighed around 600 pounds, and he knew it was time for a serious change.

Realizing that his health and future were at risk, Cole made the life-changing decision to take back control.

Sharing his motivation with the world, he wrote on Twitter: “Two years ago I decided I didn’t want to die young. I didn’t want to get diabetes. I didn’t want to never know my true potential. I decided to take my life back. 330+ lbs down and I’m not done yet. Believe in yourself!”

Cole’s journey hasn’t been easy, and he has been open about the struggles along the way.

In a bold move, he shared a shirtless progress photo, revealing his dramatic transformation.

He admitted: “It’s very hard to share a shirtless picture but I’ve come so far. Over 336lbs down! Most didn’t believe in me but I believed in myself.”

His story quickly went viral, with countless people flooding the comments to express their support and admiration.

One person was especially inspired and wrote: “Keep pushing bruv. You inspired me to start on my weight loss journey. I need to lose about 120lbs to stay lean and fit. Starting the journey as we speak.”

Now, Cole is facing another major hurdle in his journey—dealing with the excess skin left behind after such a dramatic weight loss.

To help fund the surgery needed to remove it, he launched a GoFundMe campaign with a goal of raising $100,000.

In his campaign, he explained his next challenge, saying: “My weight goal has been reached but my life is not complete, and it will not be complete until I can get rid of this excess skin.”

Cole’s remarkable progress has been achieved through sheer determination, consistent exercise, and a commitment to a healthier lifestyle.

Reflecting on how far he has come, Cole described his journey by saying he went from being the size of three people to just one, a concept he summed up as “3 to 1”.

With an unwavering belief in himself, he left his supporters with a powerful message: “People didn’t believe in me, but I believed in myself. Over 361 pounds down, and I’m not done yet. You can do anything you put your mind to. I hope my story can be an inspiration to others trapped in this same type of situation.”
